I install flash player 9.0.15 on my computer, but when i enter my website. It have error "Oops!
It looks like you don't have flash player 6 installed. Click here to go to Macromedia download page. "

Please help me fixed it !

There are a couple of possible problems. 
1. Make sure that you have flashdetect.js uploaded and linked in the head of the page.
2. If the above is OK, try uploading flashdetect.js in BINARY mode.  It's a setting in your ftp.

I am having the same problem. flashdetect s properly linked and such - I have the flash player installed, but still ge the "Oops!" message (on your example here as well - in IE7).

This was working fine until I downloaded the latest version of the player BTW...

OK - so I downloaded the free version of Flash Media Gallery from the product page and replaced my flashdetect.js script with the newer one from the download and it fixed the issue. The examples here on your site are still displaying the bug though. You may need to update the flashdetect script on your site as well (Alex)...???

just bought the script and I am having the same problem, latest version of flash installed and all paths are correct.... any suggestions?

Anyone having this issue should first re-upload flashdetect.js on Binary mode.

I can't get my slideshow to load either. I'm using Dreamweaver CS4, how do I check if I have uploaded in Binary mode?

In your ftp program, click Transfer > Transfer Type > Binary.

Alex,
I've re-uploaded my site using Filezilla in Binary mode, yet I still have this problem too.
Just can't get rid of the Oops screen.

Any other idea's please?

I've also uploaded the flashdetect from the media gallery as per gcole_5 instructions but this doesn't work either.

Any idea's Alex, this problem must relate to most of your customers.
It may not appear to be a problem on "their" pc's, but other people accessing their site who have auto updates on and the latest flash player will have this problem.
